Spray-applied foam is applied as a liquid to roofs, walls, and ground floors. It expands to create a superior insulation and acoustic barrier. It adheres to everything, effortlessly sealing all gaps and preventing surface and interstitial condensation.
A Quieter Home
Spray-applied foams unique sealing qualities also have a significant effect on reducing airborne sound penetrating the property. It is also ideal for soundproofing interior walls and floors and around plumbing stacks to reduce the sound of water rush.
Better Air Quality
There are no noxious or odious fumes or vapours in the cured form. Spray-applied foam is especially recommended for those suffering from allergies, asthma, or other respiratory problems. It contains no formaldehyde and has no detectable emissions once cured. It contains no fibres and does not shrink, sag, settle, slip or turn to dust. It offers no food value to bacteria, fungi, insects or vermin. Humidity and condensation are better controlled so that the health concerns with regard to mould or mildew are relieved.
Roofs
Hybrid warm-deck roofs meet the new stringent Building Regulations effortlessly.
Walls
Spray-applied foam may be applied directly onto solid wall surfaces to give an insulated, damp resistant covering which eliminates the problems of rain penetration and rising damp. Similarly, it can be applied in between timber frame studwork, sealing all gaps, and then be covered over conventionally with plasterboard. Sloping ceilings, which often give rise to difficulties in achieving acceptable U-values, are easily insulated to high warm-deck specifications.
Ground Floors
Spray-applied foam can be applied directly onto concrete to a depth of 60mm to achieve 0.22W/m2K and then conventional 75mm screed applied on top.
We at prospray believe that insulation shouldnt cost the earth and so we have arranged easy and quick methods of payment.
